This page provides you with details about parameters that are required for managing the hierarchy information of a report.
The file information dialog displays details about the hierarchy currently selected in Report Designer or Hierarchy Editor.
| Parameter | Description |
| Unique Name | Enter the unique identifier for the selected hierarchy. |
| Caption | It's a label or caption associated with the hierarchy. |
| Type | Select the type of the hierarchy, for example date or measures. |
| Cardinality | Enter an estimate of the number of members in the hierarchy. |
| Default Member | Enter the member that's been chosen as the default for the hierarchy. |
