Double-click a grid's hierarchy label to select the members using the hierarchy editor.
The left of the dialog box shows the hierarchy of members. The tree can display either the members, or the members grouped by hierarchical level. Use the Show Levels toolbar icon to switch between the two modes.
You can expand the tree to its most detailed hierarchical level, and select values such as the specific name of a customer.
To select an item from the tree, either:
- Double-click the item, or
- Drag and drop the item into the right side, the selection area,
All members that are currently selected appear on the right side of the editor.
To create dynamic reports, you can also select members based on an Excel range or Anaplan XL slicer within the workbook. See the articles below for more details:
