Clear one or all quick filters created on a dashboard grid, or display an overview of a filter on a column or row.

When you create a Quick Filter on a column or row in a grid, a filter icon displays in the column or row header. The Quick Filter icon provides these indications:

Quick Filters applied
Quick Filters are applied and either no standard filters exist, or standard filters exist and are enabled.

To display a Quick Filter overview applied to a column or row:

  1. Select a column or row.
  2. Select the dropdown icon next to the Filter icon on the Quick Access toolbar.
  3. Select Filter Overview.

Note: If standard filters exist, select Additional filters in the Filter dialog to view them.

To clear all Quick Filters:

  1. Select the dropdown icon next to the Filter icon on the Quick Access toolbar.
  2. Select Clear All Quick Filters.

To clear a Quick Filter on the selected column:

  1. Select the column or row to which the Quick Filter is applied.
  2. Select the dropdown icon next to the Filter icon on the Quick Access toolbar.
  3. Select Clear Quick Filter.

To clear a Quick Filter from the Quick Filter dialog:

  1. Right click the column or row to which the Quick Filter is applied.
  2. Select Quick Filter.
  3. Select the Subtract icon.
