Understand how to set up a data pipeline, connect to data sources, apply transformations, and map data to your model.

You must be an integration administrator to access Data Orchestrator. Contact your tenant administrator to get access.

To get started on Anaplan Data Orchestrator, follow these steps:

  1. Import source data into Data Orchestrator from: 
  2. Create a transformation view with a dataset.
    Transformation views enable you to restructure and enrich your dataset before you push it to a model.
  3. Create a link between an Anaplan model and your imported dataset, and push your dataset to the model.
  4. View the relationship between objects with the Data Orchestrator map.

Domains and IP addresses

When you set up Data Orchestrator, you may be required to add domains and IP addresses to your company's firewall allowlist. Allowed domains and IP ranges enable you to connect to Data Orchestrator.

If you have any issues with Anaplan Data Orchestrator, visit our Support website  to access our Customer Care portal and submit a case.

If you get an error message in Data Orchestrator, provide Customer Care with the X-Trace-Id response header for the failed API call. Use your web browser's developer tool to find the X-Trace-Id response header.
