Anaplan XL Reporting Web Edition allows you to publish your Anaplan XL reports to the web. It's more than a publishing solution. It lets you organize your reports on the web and provides OLAP functionality in your browser.
Step 1. Design your report
Design your report in Excel using Anaplan XL Reporting, and visualize the data using in-cell charts and standard Excel Charting. Reports can contain grid and formula-based report sections, use multiple sheets, and make use of standard Excel formulas. Both standard Excel charting and in-cell charts are supported for publication on the web.
Step 2. Publish your report
In Excel, select Publish option from the Anaplan XL menu and choose the location on the server where you want to put the report. Select publish, and the report is published on the web.
Step 3. View the report in a browser
Type the repository URL in your browser's address bar, and you'll see the report as it appeared in Excel.
Step 4. Use OLAP in a browser
The published report contains the OLAP functionality that the Anaplan XL add-in provides. Select members and drill down, all directly in the browser.
