As a page builder, you can set up a navigation action button to direct users to another page. You can also configure the action to enable users to open different pages based on their selected context.
To edit cards, select Edit to open your page in designer mode, or Add card from the right-side panel. Select Save to save as a draft, or Publish to publish the page.
Create a navigation button
Navigation buttons enable you to take users to different pages when selecting them.
To add a navigation action button:
- Create a new action card, or add to an existing one by editing .
- In the Actions tab, select the Create dropdown, then Navigation link.
- In the Create navigation link dialog:
- Enter a name for the action. This will be the label for the button.
- Set the Navigation type to Single page.
- Select a destination page in Links to (default).
- Select Create or Update, to complete your changes.
Create a conditional navigation button
Conditional navigation enables you to take users to different pages based on their selected context.
To add a conditional navigation button:
- Create a new action card, or add to an existing one by editing .
- In the Actions tab, select the Create dropdown, then Navigation link.
- In the Create navigation link dialog, choose:
- Enter a name for the action. This will be the label for the button.
- In the Navigation type select Conditional based on list property.
- Select a destination page in Links to (default).
- Select a List context that has a list-format property.
- Select a List property. This displays every property value assigned to the list-format property.
- Select a Page to Open for each Property Value.
- Select Create or Update, to complete your changes.
- Publish your page.
