As an encryption administrator, you can assign or remove the Encryption Administrator role for others. 

Note: Anaplan Support assigns the first encryption administrator for your tenant as part of the onboard process for BYOK. See Get Started with BYOK for related information.

Contact Anaplan Support with the names of your additional encryption administrators. Once our support has processed those names, an encryption administrator can follow the steps below.

To assign or remove the Encryption Administrator role:

  1. Access Administration from the application menu.
  2. Select Access Control > Assignments.
  3. Select the user to which you want to assign or remove the Encryption Administrator role.
  4. To assign the role, select the Encryption Admin checkbox.
  5. To remove the role, clear the Encryption Admin checkbox.
  6. Select Save.
