The Assignments page in the Administration console lists all the internal users in your tenant and their assigned roles.

To view the Assignments page:

  1. Select Administration from the top-left dropdown.
  2. Select Access Control > Assignments from the left-side panel.

The Assignments page displays these internal user details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Role
  • Email

To search for a user, select First NameLast NameRole, or Email from the dropdown at the top-right corner of the page, and enter a search term in the Find field.

The Role column displays assigned administration roles, and whether the user is assigned the workspace administrator role.

Tenant administrators can assign administration roles to internal users from the Assignments page. To assign the workspace administrator role, workspace administrators can assign this role within models.

If a user isn't assigned an administration role or the workspace administrator role, they are assigned the Standard role. This role is automatically assigned to users who aren't assigned any roles.

Tenant administrators can export a list of internal users and their assigned roles from the Assignments page. The list is exported as a CSV file.
