Administration roles enable you to have specific access and permissions in the Administration console. You can review the administration roles in your tenant from the Roles screen in the Administration console.
Roles screen summary
You must have the tenant administrator, view administrator, or user administrator role to access the Roles screen.
To view the roles in your tenant:
- Select Administration from the top-left navigation menu.
- Select Access Control > Roles from the left-side panel.
The Roles screen displays:
- Administration roles
- Policy associated with each role
- Role description
- Role type
- Number of users assigned to the role.
If you select a number link in the Users Assigned column, you will go to the Assignments screen. The screen displays a list of users assigned to that role.
Types of administration roles
The roles listed below are available to assign to users in Administration:
- Application owner
- Encryption administrator
- Integration administrator
- Page builder
- Workflow owner
- Restricted integration user
- Tenant administrator
- Tenant auditor
- Tenant security administrator
- User administrator
- View administrator
