This feature allows you to emit HTML tags directly into a web report.
This could be a security risk. An administrator must first turn it on by changing the setting in the web.config file.
If enabled, cells whose value starts with HTML: will have that prefix removed, and the rest of the text will be written directly.
The cell value can be fixed, or dynamically created using a formula.
