To run the Anaplan XL installation offline, download the prerequisites on another computer and install them manually. After that, you don't need an internet connection to run the installation.
You can also download all the information you need automatically by using the command line on a computer that has internet access. The installer creates a folder containing all the files in the correct layout. This can then be copied to a DVD or directly to the target computer:
AnaplanXLReporting.exe/layout
