You can log in to your Anaplan mobile app with basic authentication, single sign-on (SSO), face recognition, or touch recognition.
Log in with basic authentication or SSO
You can log in to the Anaplan mobile app with basic authentication (your Anaplan account email address and password) or with SSO.
If your organization requires that you use a specific browser such as Microsoft Edge to log in, tap the . In the environment screen, turn on the Use in-app browser to log in switch, tap Done, and then start your login process.
To log in, enter the email address associated with your Anaplan account. Then Anaplan detects if your account uses one of the login methods described below:

Log in with basic authentication or SSO
Log in with face recognition or touch recognition
You can log in to your Anaplan mobile app with face recognition or touch recognition if your device supports them.

Log out
To log out:
- Tap the menu icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Log out.
This returns you to the login screen.
Note: The Anaplan mobile app automatically logs you out after 35 minutes of inactivity.
