Reorder a grid

You can reorder:

• Line items
• Line item subsets
• Lists
• List item subsets
• Versions
• Time

To reorder data:

1. Select the Reorder icon in the toolbar. 
2. The row and column dimensions display in a dropdown list. Select the dimension you want to reorder.
3. The Reorder panel displays on the right, containing a list of items in the dimension you've selected.
4. Select one or more items:
   • Hold Ctrl or Cmd and select multiple items.
   • Hold Shift and select two different items to select those items and all between them.
5. To reorder the selected items, either:
   •  Move items Up or Down, or to the Top or Bottom by selecting the icons
   • Drag and drop highlighted items to where you want them. 
6. Select Reset to revert your changes. 
7. Select Apply to save the changes.
