The Restricted Integration User role enables you to create and manage CloudWorks connections and integrations within assigned workspaces.
This role is similar to the Integration Administrator role:
- Both integration administrators and restricted integration users have access to CloudWorks. However, restricted integration users are confined to assigned workspaces.
- Both roles have different CloudWorks connection and integration permissions, which depend on who created the initial connection and integration.
- Both roles can make CloudWorks integrations visible on user experience action cards.
Restricted integration user assignment
Tenant administrators can assign the Restricted Integration User role from the Administration console.
Once the Restricted Integration User role is assigned, the user has access to CloudWorks. From CloudWorks they can create and manage connections and integrations.
Users should not be assigned both the Integration Administrator role and Restricted Integration User role at the same time. If a user is assigned both roles, they are treated as an integration administrator.
