Note: You can launch Page settings in My Pages, but you only have the option to rename a personal page. A personal page can only be associated with one model. The published version of a personal page is the only version, and only you can access it.
Launch Page settings
You can launch the Page settings dialog from the app contents.
For board and worksheet pages, you can also launch Page settings from:
Designer mode for the page.
My pages (for a personal page).
Note: If you update a page name in designer mode, this updates the published page as well as the draft page.
From the app contents
To launch Page settings from the app contents:
Hover your cursor over a page title.
A pencil icon displays on the right of the page's title.
Select the pencil icon .
The Page settings dialog displays and opens to the Edit page title tab.
Alternatively, from the app contents:
Hover your cursor over a page title.
Select the Edit options for this page ellipsis on the right-hand end of the row that contains the page title.
Select Page settings from the menu.
The Page Settings dialog displays and opens to the Edit page title tab.
From designer mode
To open a page and launch Page settings from designer mode:
From the app contents, select a page title to open the page.
Select the Edit this page pencil icon in the upper right.
Select the Page options cog icon in the upper right.
The Page options menu in the toolbar drops down.
Select Page settings from the menu.
The Page Settings dialog displays and opens to the Edit page title tab.
Note: If all the source models linked to the page are archived, you're unable open the page from the app contents, and you're unable to launch Page settings from designer mode. To view Page settings in designer mode, at least one source model must be unarchived.
From My Pages
To launch Page settings in My Pages either:
Hover your cursor over a page title in the list, and then select the pencil icon that displays.
The Page Settings dialog displays and opens to the Edit page title tab.
Hover your cursor over a page title in the list, and then select and select Page settings from the menu that drops down.
The Page Settings dialog displays and opens to the Edit page title tab.
