Workspace administrators can view the pages that use data from a model in the Pages pane. They can also open the modules a page uses to examine the underlying data.

Select Pages from the Model settings bar to:

  • Create a new page with the model as a source.
  • View the names and details of pages associated with the model.
  • Open pages associated with the model.
  • Edit or delete pages associated with the model.
  • Open the modules that contain the data a page displays.

You can select a page, module, or app name to open it in a new tab.

Select anywhere else in the row to view further details about the page. A panel opens to the right that displays a General tab and a Dependencies tab.

The General tab displays:

  • The page name, type, and category.
  • The name of the app that contains the page.
  • The app's description, if there is one.
  • Whether the page is in draft or published.
  • The date and time that the page was created, last updated, or published.

The Dependencies tab displays all the modules in the model that are used by pages, including the specific views and line items that are published to a card from that module. It does not include modules that are used in action cards, or as filters. You can enter terms in the Search field to filter the list of modules.

All times that display are Universal Time Coordinated (UTC).

You can configure how the page attributes appear in the pages view:

  • To edit the attributes that appear, select Edit columns on the right. Select or clear the attributes you want to display or hide, then select Apply
  • To reorder the attributes, select the column header and drag it into position. You can also reorder the attributes in the Edit columns panel.
  • To sort an attribute, select the column header. The attribute is sorted alphabetically the first time you select it, and is sorted in reverse the second time you select it. The third time the column header is selected, it returns to the default order.
  • To restore the default settings, select Edit columns Restore defaults.
