Navigate grids in Anaplan XL Reporting

The Anaplan XL grid basic navigation operates in a similar way to Pivot tables in Excel.

Drilling applies to members located on either rows or columns:

• Drill up or down by double-clicking a member.
• Drill all currently selected members by right-clicking a member and selecting Drill All from the Anaplan XL menu.
• Keep only the selected members by right-clicking and selecting Keep Only from the Anaplan XL menu.
• Exclude selected members by right-clicking and selecting Keep All Except on the Anaplan XL menu.
• Drag and drop applies to any dimension labels. By default, this is disabled for performance reasons. You  can enable this in Anaplan XL Options > User Interaction > Disable Draggable Grid Labels.
• Swap dimensions in the grid by dragging one dimension with the cursor to hover over another dimension.
• Add or remove dimensions from rows and columns by dragging a dimension with the cursor to the new location.
