  4. Create a new process

You can create a new process to combine import, export, or delete actions into a single run. Process guidelines:

  • Your process cannot include the Optimizer service

CloudWorks processes now offer model-to-model imports.

Note: If your integration export is from a model with a list that has Selective Access enabled, make sure that your workspace administrator has granted Internal (Full Access), a type of Selective Access, to that list. Internal (Full Access) is a dummy user that represents integration service. 

To create a new process:

New integration and process drop-down menu.
  1. Select Integrations & Processes from the left menu.
  2. Click New integration / process on the right.  
  3. Select Process from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Complete the dialog entries:
    • Enter the Name. The name has a limit of 60 alphanumeric characters. You can also use symbols,
      such as:  @ # $ % ^ & *(!).  
    • Select your Workspace from the drop-down menu.
    • Select your Model from the drop-down menu.
    • Select the Action from the drop-down menu.
  5. From the Connection column, Select a Connection for each process action.
  6. From the Data source or target column:
    • Select the Data source (per import) or target (per export) for each process action.
    • If you have run an export action previously, and you want to overwrite the download file, select the Overwrite file checkbox to the right.

      Note: If your process contains only a model-to-model import, the columns Connection and Data source or target will appear blank. This is because there's no cloud connection, source, or target required.
  7. Click Create to accept and apply your settings for your new process.
