You cannot undo a change made to a cell before you've opened a worksheet, or a change made by someone else. This means you can only undo a change you made while a worksheet is open.
Only the most recent cell change is reversible. To revert to an older cell value, right-click the cell and select Show history. Alternatively, select a cell and click the Cell history icon in the top-right of the grid. This displays older cell values, which you can manually re-enter.
To undo a cell change:
- If not already open, navigate to the browser window for the worksheet that contains the change you want to undo.
- Press the default shortcut for undo on your operating system:
- Ctrl-Z for Windows
- Cmd-Z for MacOS
