Use Move to relocate individual list items in a hierarchy.
If you want to move a whole list in General lists , use Reorder.
To move individual list items:
- Select General lists in the model settings bar, and open the list that contains the items you want to move.
- Select the item and then Move from the toolbar.
You can select multiple items. - Choose the position for the list item. You can select Before or After the new location, or as a Child of the new location.
Note: If you move a list item to an invalid location, a warning message displays in the dialog box. - Select OK to confirm the list item's new location.
