Use Move to relocate individual list items in a hierarchy.

If you want to move a whole list in General lists , use Reorder.

To move individual list items:

  1. Select General lists in the model settings bar, and open the list that contains the items you want to move.
  2. Select the item and then Move from the toolbar.
    You can select multiple items. 
  3. Choose the position for the list item. You can select Before or After the new location, or as a Child of the new location.
    Note: If you move a list item to an invalid location, a warning message displays in the dialog box. 
  4. Select OK to confirm the list item's new location.
